riott did so wonderful despite our tough trip! every time we left the ground he fell asleep and slept through the entire flight. he also made some more impressive accomplishments…
-2 more teeth. that’s right. we only thought it was SEVEN. no, we found two more pushing through. that makes a total of NINE TEETH – 3 fully in, 3 through the skin, and 3 pushing pretty hard. poor baby. what a rough couple of weeks.
-any time he would crawl toward mom with a clear desire to get there quickly, he would say “ma ma ma ma” as he crawled!!! is it a first word?! i think it is!!! yay! and he signs “milk”… when he’s getting it rather than when he wants it, but it’s a start! 
-in the airport, on our way home (b/c we had so much spare time) me and ty let riott go back and forth between us “walking”… finally we let go and – HE TOOK TWO STEPS and then fell into tyler’s arms. holy cow.
he’s growing up so fast.
***oh! and! he’s grabbing momma’s face, pulling it toward him and giving her a BIG, SLOPPY kiss on the lips! at first i thought he was trying to bite my lips – teething action, ya know!? but no! no bites! ONLY LOVES!!! heheheheh!
